What is proposing?:
It describes a simulation system that models software maintenance and helps to investigate process deficiencies of an actual software maintenance process.
Strengths:
Describes a complete simulation model including all input, servers and output. Includes the simulation algorithms and the way they conduct the experiments.
Weaknesses:
It is focused only in one area of software process and it is not including any clear way to connect the results to software project management.
Future Work:
It can be extended to connect the output of this system to the input of a global software project simulation tool.
